About Us

Mercy Health Foundation Lorain is the philanthropic arm of Mercy Health. Through its efforts, the Foundation helps extend the healing ministry of Jesus by improving the health of our community with emphasis on people who are poor and under-served. Our goal is to support the mission and objectives of all of Mercy’s programs by joining the charitable objectives of donors with the programmatic needs of the system. The Foundation has provided over $30 million in operating and program assistance.
